DataCenters are located in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf (Germany). We use only modern technic with professional products for climate control, fire protection, uninterruptible power supply, diesel generators, video surveillance, security restricted access and much more!
One other fact that we would like to point out is that we only use GreenServers. All our servers use 55% less power than conventional server without the loss of performance. We think it's important to preserve our environment for the generations that are comming behind us.

BackBone bandwidth is respectable 65Gbits. All servers have 99.9% availability over the internet. We are connected to lightning fast European Gigabit-Backbone. This BackBone have direct high-speed connections to all important providers and has the biggest replacement points, like DeCix in Frankfurt (10GBit), Deutche Telekom (10GBit), Level(3) (2x10Gbit), LambdaNet (2x10GBit)...
The complete backbone has more redundant connections in ring topology. Even if we have 60% blackout of our equipment your server will still be accessible. On average we use less then 30% of our backbone capacity. So there are no bottle-necks in the system.

UPS backup is very important when we want our servers to achieve 99.9% availability. We have two separate main power supply connections that lead into our datacenter. Uninterruptible Power Supply enable us to continue running our servers even thou both of the two main power supplies are down. When this happens the job of UPS is to power the servers from battery. This gives us couple of minutes before the batteries run out. And before this happens the power is supplied from our diesel generators.
